# How we work together - Antoine Similon

> Antoine Similon’s production guide in Brussels: prep call, six-step shoot, four formats, dates agreed before the shoot, 48-hour turnaround on request, two revision rounds, subtitles included.

A practical guide to what happens before, during and after the shoot - so we arrive on day one with the same picture in mind.

## Working together, end to end.

Four sections covering everything from the first call to final delivery - written so your team knows exactly what to expect.

- **01 Pre-Production** - The preparation call, brief, logistics and the interview sheet. We align before anyone picks up a camera.
- **02 On-Set** - Arrival, setup and the shoot workflow - six steps, repeated on every project.
- **03 Format Breakdown** - Testimonial · Podcast · Commercial · Event. Each format has its own kit and crew configuration.
- **04 Post-Production** - Editing, delivery timelines, revisions and subtitles - what to expect after wrap.

## The preparation call.

### A - Brief & objectives

We review your project goals, key messages, target audience and creative direction to ensure full alignment before the shoot day.

### B - Logistics & location

On-site access, interviewee list, timing, parking and any technical constraints are confirmed well in advance.

### C - WhatsApp group

A dedicated channel is set up for real-time coordination on the day - between you, your team and the crew.

### D - Interview sheet & script

You share the structured question list with me in advance so I can prepare the shoot accordingly. A teleprompter is prepared on my side if your format requires it.

## Setup times.

Equipment complexity determines how early I arrive on location.

| Setup | Lead time | Equipment |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Light | 15 to 30 min | Single camera · One microphone · Basic lighting |
| Standard | 30 min to 1 hour | Up to two cameras · Standard lighting rig · Lav mic or boom microphone |
| Full Rig | 1 hour to 1.5 hrs | 2–3 cameras · Boom mic · Backlight · Full professional kit |

## Shoot workflow.
