Section 1.1 · The preparation call

The preparation call.

  • A - Brief & objectives

We review your project goals, key messages, target audience and creative direction to ensure full alignment before the shoot day.

  • B - Logistics & location

On-site access, interviewee list, timing, parking and any technical constraints are confirmed well in advance.

  • C - WhatsApp group

A dedicated channel is set up for real-time coordination on the day - between you, your team and the crew.
